二、招聘崗位
（一）海外企業財務總監/財務經理，若干(gan)名(ming)
崗位職責：
1.參與制定短期(qi)及中長(chang)期(qi)的公(gong)司財務決策(ce)和戰略。
2.負責(ze)公司財務(wu)制(zhi)度的管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)制(zhi)定(ding)，包括會(hui)計核算管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、稅(shui)務(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、資金管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)預算管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。
3.根據公司戰略發展規(gui)劃制(zhi)定預算(suan)，并跟蹤其執行情況(kuang)。
4.參與公司重大經營(ying)、投融資決策，優(you)化資本結構和(he)資本配置。
5.負責完成上級單(dan)位及領導交辦的其(qi)他工作(zuo)。
任職資格(ge)：
1.財會、金融等相(xiang)關專業(ye)全日制研究生學(xue)歷，特別優秀者(zhe)，可適當放(fang)寬。有注冊會計師、ACCA資格者(zhe)優先(xian)。
2.具有大型企(qi)業或海外企(qi)業三年以上(shang)同等管理崗位工作經驗(yan)者優(you)先，能流利使用英語作為工作語言。

崗位職責：
1.從(cong)事(shi)海外天然橡膠貿易或生產管理(li)等工作(zuo)。
2.負責海外公(gong)司客戶(hu)管理(li)、期(qi)現(xian)(xian)貨交易，或(huo)生(sheng)產(chan)現(xian)(xian)場管理(li)、產(chan)品(pin)品(pin)質控制等(deng)具體管理(li)工作。
3.按(an)照所在(zai)部(bu)門相關業(ye)(ye)務流程(cheng)開(kai)展業(ye)(ye)務，并(bing)對業(ye)(ye)務流程(cheng)逐步優(you)化、提升。
4.做(zuo)好與國(guo)內總部相關部門(men)的業務對(dui)接與溝通。

任職資格：

3.在大宗商(shang)品期現貨交易、生產制造與質量(liang)管理等某個模塊具有較強的專業(ye)素質和一定(ding)的實操能力。

崗位(wei)職責：
1.負(fu)責組織收集、研究海外(wai)橡(xiang)膠產業發展(zhan)態勢和政策，提供(gong)決策信(xin)息。
2.負責(ze)海外公(gong)司戰略(lve)管理，組(zu)織(zhi)編制海外公(gong)司發展戰略(lve)及年度經營目(mu)標和(he)計劃并監督實施。
3.負責做好海(hai)(hai)外公司經(jing)營分析，監(jian)督(du)和協調解(jie)決海(hai)(hai)外公司經(jing)營過程中出現的重(zhong)大(da)經(jing)營問(wen)題。
4.做好國內(nei)總部相關部門與(yu)國外子公司(si)部門的(de)業務對接與(yu)溝(gou)通(tong)。

任職資格：

2.負責海外(wai)企業橡膠生(sheng)產標準的制定，組織定期(qi)不(bu)定期(qi)生(sheng)產檢查，確保(bao)完成橡膠生(sheng)產任務。
3.負責監督和(he)協調(diao)解決海外公司橡膠種植、生產環(huan)節中出(chu)現的(de)重大(da)問題(ti)和(he)風險(xian)。
4.做(zuo)好國(guo)(guo)內(nei)總部相(xiang)關部門與國(guo)(guo)外(wai)子公司(si)部門的業務對接與溝通。

任職資格：
1.農學等(deng)相關專(zhuan)業全日制研究生學歷，具有相關資(zi)質證(zheng)書(shu)者(zhe)優先，具有中級職稱或相關職業資(zi)格者(zhe)優先,特(te)別優秀者(zhe)，可適當(dang)放寬。

1、 Basic conditions

（1） Several CFOs/financial managers of overseas enterprises
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.
2. Responsible for the management and formulation of the company's financial system, including accounting management, tax management, fund management, and budget management.
3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.
4. Participate in major business and investment and financing decisions of the company, optimize capital structure and allocation.
5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior units and leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in finance, accounting, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
2. Those who have more than three years of experience in the same management position in large enterprises or overseas enterprises are preferred, and can use English fluently as the Working language.
3. Familiar with differences in domestic and foreign standards, domestic and foreign financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
Qualification:
